任何博士后研究员, 研究生, or under研究生 who is supported by National Science Foundation (NSF) to conduct 研究 on a grant that was submitted to NSF on or after January 4, 2010 must receive appropriate training and oversight in the ethical and responsible conduct of 研究 (RCR).
In January 2019, NSF added that it strongly encourages the training of faculty in RCR.
Any individuals identifed on an applicable NSF proposal (i.e., submitted to NSF on or after January 4, 2010) as postdoctoral 研究ers and who are then supported by the NSF grant in this capacity, 不管他们在UNH的头衔是什么.g., 研究 Scientist II) are considered post-doctoral 研究ers and therefore must receive appropriate RCR training and oversight.
